Anthony is a registered architect who is management lead responsibility for HBS’s Norwich-based architects’ studio. He has more than 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering a wide range of small and large projects, acrossa number of sectors both locally and nationally.
Often in the role of lead designer and project architect, but also assisting and leading other architects working on similar projects with technical design and project management input, he has considerable experience working with both traditional and design and build contracts.
Key successes have included work with NORA Housing, Kings Lynn, where he was responsible for developing the design RIBA work stages four to six for 160 units over three phases (value £24 million).
For Carrowbreck Housing, Norwich, he was client-side technical adviser and oversaw the construction of 14 contemporary homes designed and constructed to the Passivhaus standard.For Bowthorpe Housing, as novated architect, he led the design team RIBA work stage four for 172 units. This is one of the largest passive developments in the country and has a value of £29 million.
I am a specialist in sustainable design in the residential, education and commercial sectors. I project lead across all RIBA work stages in both traditional and design and build contracts in both the private and public sectors.
