Daniella is a Senior Director within the Norse Group, responsible for the strategic delivery of partnerships and leading on the strategic direction for the Group’s Estates and Asset Management services for its joint venture and public sector clients.
With a passion for creating better spaces for communities, Daniella has played a vital role in many major projects, working closely with partners to deliver outstanding properties and buildings.
She has previously led two of Norse’s joint venture partnerships as an Operations Director and understands how close collaboration is key to successful partnership working.
Daniella also brings a wide range of expertise to the team, with over 15 years of experience working at a senior level across local government within asset and estate management – leading teams to deliver on all aspects of general practice surveying, valuation and the management of corporate estates.
In addition to her day-to-day role, Daniella sits on the Association of Chief Estates Surveyors (ACES) Council, as the organisation’s liaison officer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and was also formerly the national President of ACES in 2016/17.
