David has over seven years’ experience working on small, medium and large projects across a number of sectors both locally, nationally and internationally.
His recent work has been focused in the residential, education and care sectors where he has been responsible for the design (at both feasibility and detail design stage) as well as on site delivery. He has good experience working with both traditional and design and build contracts.
Key successes include the £30 million Brentwood Brookfield Close housing development, where he was responsible for assisting the design team on RIBA work stages two to three for 62 Passivhaus units, and the £1.5 million Hadleigh Residential Development, where he was responsible for developing the design and RIBA work stages one to six for eight units.
On a paper mill site project in Anould, France, he worked as part of a team of architects responsible for the concept and developing the design via Revit.
This had a value of £10 million and included RIBA work stages one to two masterplan for new commercial units and refurbishment to increase employments rate and reinvigorate recreational activities.
I am a specialist in sustainable design in the residential, education and commercial sectors. I deliver architectural services across all RIBA work stages in both traditional and design and build contracts.
