Kim Robertson is a director level consultant with over 30 years’ experience of working with local government, other public bodies, and the private sector.
She specialises in project and programme management, particularly complex and multi-faceted capital investment programmes with multiple stakeholders. She has extensive knowledge and experience across a wide range of projects, combining financial expertise with the planning and delivery of capital schemes.
Significant projects she has overseen include a ground source heat pump installation for 87 dwellings, the delivery of a specialist resource base education programme for Norfolk County Council and the development of a 30-home residential site.
She also established the estate strategy and complex masterplan for James Paget University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and delivered specialist dementia care and housing with care for NorseCare.
Kim’s experience also includes a school expansion programme for Walsall Council and the provision of a new head office location for London Luton Airport. She was a contract manager on key educational construction programmes for the DfE, which led to a nomination for an MBE for services to education.
