Liz leads the Valuation and Estates Management team and is responsible for property portfolios, for clients including London Luton Airport, London Borough of Waltham Forest, Braintree District Council, Peterborough City Council, and Norfolk County Council.
She is also Corporate Surveyor to the Norse Group, looking after the operational portfolio of approximately 100 assets and won the Award for Trust in the NPS Excellence Awards.
Her work encompasses strategic portfolio advice, successfully negotiating rent reviews, lease acquisitions and renewals, disposals (freehold and leasehold) and development procurement. She represents clients at third party referrals and leads on dilapidations claims.
For London Luton Airport, she oversaw the creation of a database of all property assets and is responsible managing the airside and landside portfolio. She was Programme Manager to Great Yarmouth Energy Park, a major offshore energy regeneration project, and for the London Borough of Waltham Forest, she settled a dilapidations claim, achieving a reduction f rom £974,000 to £75,000.
For Peterborough City Council, she oversaw the sale of the Peterborough United football stadium. On behalf of Norfolk County Council, Liz negotiated the lease of a £63 million solar farm.
