Max’s experience encompasses a wide range of sectors and includes expertise in the education, commercial, leisure, healthcare and residential sectors.
He has experience in all core areas of building surveying, including design and specification, contract administration, maintenance, commercial building surveys, residential surveys, party wall and dilapidations. He is responsible for undertaking and delivering building surveying duties from inception through to completion.
Notable projects Max has been involved with include SCOLA Recladding, for Hampshire County Council. He was design team lead for the procurement, design and tendering of external recladding to North Baddesley Junior School, Freegrounds Junior School and Morelands Primary School, with all three £1.6 million projects running in parallel.
He also carried out a pre-acquisition building survey for a local charity, BEAT, who were looking to acquire a 10-year leasehold interest in a four-storey office block.
At St George’s, Peterborough, he was involved in a £1.2 million refurbishment and extension project to form a new SEN School facility undertaking the employer’s agent role and providing technical advisory support to the client.
