Rachel’s background is in sales, operations, contract management, project and programme management, account management and facilities management. Her role within Norse is managing financial and commercial aspects for property estates and strategic asset management services including reporting and forecasting, income, and cost reconciliation.
She is currently acting as Commissioning Manager at Norse Evolve and provides support on commissioning, procurement, stakeholder management and supply chain management.
Rachel has taken on the additional role of PFI contract management for three schools in Peterborough and one in Cambridgeshire, plus PFI capital budget management for Peterborough’s PFI Schools.
Rachel is also involved in different operational matters across the Group, for example policy and contract reviews, change management, project set up, file structures, dashboards, compliance procedures, marketing, best practice groups, H&S and ISO audits.
Before joining Norse, Rachel was UK Head of Operations for a world leading flexible workspace provider and Sales and Marketing Director for a leading provider of commercial property for SME’s within the UK.
