Sarah joined NPS South West in 2013 as a Resourcing Manager and has progressed to Commercial Operations Manager. Within this, she is part of the Senior Management Team and leads the Business Support function.
Her role includes providing robust financial monitoring for project services, assisting with effective resource management and supporting the Senior Management Team in developing the financial business plan and monitoring against this.
She also provides leadership and direction to the team and focuses on quality management and leading on the implementation of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), combining quality, health and safety and environmental credentials.
Sarah has been involved in managing the project set-up, resourcing and fee claiming of key client programmes and leading on business transformation initiatives, including agile working principles and the digitalisation of processes to generate efficiencies and cost savings. She has also managed strategic change projects to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
Sarah completed the NPS Future Leaders Academy in 2015 and is passionate about management and leadership. She is currently undertaking an MBA/Senior Leader Level 7 degree apprenticeship with the University of Exeter.
